You’ll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients by following our systems and processes in place. Responsibilities:• Develop relationships with potential clients by utilizing established systems and processes.• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to build and maintain a list of leads.• Educate and assist clients with the buying and selling process of residential and investment properties.• Follow up on leads to convert prospective buyers into official appointments.• Maintain existing relationships with current clients.• Be held accountable to weekly goals and performance standards. Qualifications:• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must possess a real estate license• Must possess the ability to want to continue learning, be solution-oriented, great communication and desire to grow personally and professionally• Previous sales experience is a plus * This is a commission-based position.We provide you with leads, tools, training, and accompaniment in order to you have a successful career with us.
