We are looking for a new staff member to join our new Young Carers & Families service in the following position: Employability & Transitions Worker (30 hrs p/w) Are you passionate about making a real difference in young lives? Do you thrive on creative problem-solving and building strong connections? Join our team and become a champion for young heroes facing unique challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for you to become part of a new service in Norfolk helping empower young carers to build resilience, overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. You will be working mainly with older young carers (aged 14-18) as they navigate employment, apprenticeship, training and education pathways. You will have the opportunity to ignite dreams and unleash young carers potential for brighter futures. If you’re a passionate advocator who sees collaboration and innovation as key to providing support at a period of great change for young people, enabling them to build better tomorrows, then we want to hear from you. Ability to travel across Norfolk on a regular basis is essential.
