*** Overhead and Underground Utility Construction Experience • A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Science, Engineering, or a related major, or equivalent.• 10 or more years of experience.• Operational leadership and project management experience in the utility sector is preferred with utilities experience essential.• Large scale projects and MSA execution in the region or adjacent markets in challenging conditions essential.• A “team first” mindset. Confidence and maturity with the ability to connect, inspire, and influence others without direct reporting relationships. Motivates and builds trust through actions and deeds. Possesses abundant energy and energizes others. An MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study. 2. A combination of education with technical training and experience. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
