We are seeking a Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AC Wellness located in Kansas City, MO with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals. The center offers treatment plans for weight loss, hormone therapy, hair restoration and sexual wellness. Responsibilities: Complete thorough and holistic consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans based on customer concerns, goals, and lab results Prescribe and administer hormone replacement therapy, supplement regimens Maintain charting/clinical documentation for each patient in electronic medical records Serve as an expert on aging wellness by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services Collaborate with the clinical leadership on developing protocols for new offerings as we expand our services Optimize customer experience to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to all patients Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri 3 years’ experience working in an outpatient medical setting Experience prescribing or knowledge of hormone replacement therapy Desire to continually grow your practice by learning new procedures and therapies Benefits: 401K with company match PTO Medical, Dental, Vision and additional insurances Much more!
