Within our Corporate Facilities Services team located in Denver - Leprino is seeking a Custodial Services Supervisor (Night Shift) to elevate our operational standards and ensure a pristine working environment for all! This position has an annual target bonus of 10%. Develop and mentor our custodial staff, enhancing their skills and commitment to excellence. Foster a collaborative atmosphere, coordinating with various departments to meet their cleanliness needs efficiently. Lead by example, undertaking custodial tasks to maintain our facility's standards. Implement and oversee safety protocols, ensuring a secure workplace for everyone. Manage inventory effectively, ensuring we have the necessary supplies while optimizing costs. Engage in proactive hiring practices and manage team performance, supporting a culture of continuous improvement. You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): High School Diploma or GED. Professional -level fluency in English and Intermediate level in Spanish Four years' custodial experience in a corporate setting, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards. Leadership experience, showing your ability to guide and inspire a team. We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): Professional -level fluency in Spanish Further education or certifications related to facilities management or custodial services. Advanced knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols, indicating your dedication to operational excellence. A track record of improving cleaning processes and team efficiency, showing your innovative approach.
