Vibe Car Wash is seeking Shift Leaders / Customer Service Associates to join our growing team! Growing car wash business in Plano is looking for a qualified applicant with excellent supervisory and customer service skills to help manage a team in a fast-paced, high customer traffic environment. This position is eligible for sales incentives, making paycheck potential limitless! Pay: Starting pay at $15/hr plus sales incentives! Responsibilities Ensure that all customers are receiving the ultimate VIBE Car Wash Experience at all times by engaging with them and getting consistent feedback Check every customer vehicle before it enters the wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues Facilitate the speedy processing of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash Guide on customers to the conveyor using distinctive and clear hand signals and a smile on your face! Review the entrance end sign instructions with every customer Give the customer a “thumbs-up” sign when their vehicle is placed correctly and ready to start the wash process Continually clean all areas of the car wash between guiding customers onto the conveyor Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Successful track record of supervision in a department or a store Demonstrated ability to train and develop entry-level employees Mechanical proficiency due to technical job requirements High physical energy Physical Demands: Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle heavy equipment Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions About Vibe Car Wash Vibe Car Wash is a new Express Car Wash company based in Dallas, Texas.
