We are currently seeking an accomplished Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Big Dave's Doraville. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in shop management, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of store personnel, participating in the recruitment process, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. This position is eligible for bonuses and offers a competitive salary of $40,000. If you are looking to be part of a successful team, then this job is ideal for you! Responsibilities:• Manage store operations that include stocking and merchandising• Provide prompt and courteous customer service• Guide and supervise store staff by setting goals and providing training• Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion• Monitor and update inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders Qualifications:• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a restaurant• Strong organizational and administrative skills are required• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software/applications is necessary• Valid US Work Authorization is a must Compensation: $40,000 (Bonus Eligible) About Company: Big Dave’s Doraville is one of the fastest-growing businesses in Atlanta, Georgia.
