You could be the ideal candidate for the position of bartender at our busy restaurant. You have a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach that ensures our patrons have a great time at the bar. You will be in charge of taking drink orders, recommending beer and wine, preparing traditional and unique mixed drinks, and maintaining the bar area so it is clean and sanitary at all times. Responsibilities: • Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks• Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations• Order necessary bar supplies, stock and keep track of all wine, liquor, and beer inventories as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages• Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed Qualifications: • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired About Company: Next to the Highway 19/I-285 intersection, our stylish suites are at the heart of the Perimeter Center business district.
