We are hiring Front Desk Agents. Full Time and Part Time openings. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting in the operation of the front desk and guest services. Must be able to multi-task, and prioritizes with excellent follow up skills and customer service. Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest checks in at the hotel until they check out. Responsibilities:• Greeting guests and checking in and out, fulfilling guest requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.• Assist with sales efforts in soliciting new business and in selling guestrooms, meeting space• Able to work through customer service related issues• Any other duties or responsibilities which might be required by a manager Qualifications:• Available on flexible shifts on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays• Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills• Previous hotel front desk experience• Full time and part time openings available About Company: Find us off I-17, 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and downtown. You’ll be 10 minutes from Arizona State University West, and 20 minutes from Grand Canyon University.
