Specific experience includes one year on a helpdesk, demonstrating knowledge of organizational structures. One or more years of hands-on experience in supervising, organizing, and training staff members. Duties: Receive all incoming calls, answer all emergency calls Submit work orders in the computerized maintenance management system. Notify responsible section concerning work orders, Maintain appropriate records and conduct necessary training.
