Responsibilities: • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion• Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently• Lead generation• Lead follow up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Close sales• Database and CRM mastery• Sales scripts mastery• Good communication Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality• You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented• Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Real estate license• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Team player• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
