Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Job Function: Use of holistic approach to the needs of families and youth utilizing an array of different interventions: electronic monitoring of juveniles, case management, financial assistance, anger management, literacy skills assistance, various life skills support, linkages to community resources, and/or family engagement and support. This position requires on call hours.Key Responsibilities:* Submits Level of Service (LOS) within program requirements.* Attends agency and program meetings and trainings within established time frames.* Plays an active role in meetings and trainings designed to enhance agency and program operations.* Utilizes supervision effectively to explore professional development and training needs.* Meets obligations of program (contractual, licensing, Medicaid, etc.).Requirements:* Bachelors degree social work, criminal justice or a related field required.* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.* Must regularly be able to see, speak and hear.
