Requirements: Seeking board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterology Physicians Open to both American and international medical graduates Visa sponsorship accepted Prior experience in EUS and ERCP is advantageous, but not required Practice Details: Endo suite includes 2 beds, trained technicians, and CRNA on staff to assist See an average of 20 to 22 patients per day, supported by a team of PAs managing their own patient panels 8 dedicated exam rooms and a private physician's office Call rotation is 1:4 Compensation & Benefits: Receive an annual base salary of $725,000 plus an RVU production model with additional earning potential Aggressive annual retention bonus is provided Sign-on and relocation bonuses offered Full comprehensive benefits package, including CME allowance, and paid time off Location (Maryland): Reside in an area with a lower cost of living and a multitude of local attractions to visit Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities nearby, from hiking to water sports Easy access to major cities like Washington D.C. and Pittsburgh when desired JN -062023-29036
