This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and integrity of our financial paraplanning services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support Senior Financial Paraplanners. Ensure alignment with company goals and standards. Contribute to firm growth through effective management and strategic input. Requirements: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
