You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers• Team player Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Show a track record of real estate success• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively• "Can do" attitude Compensation: $100,000+ Commission About Company: Stacey Wyatt Real Estate Group is a dynamic, growing team in Atlanta at the Fastest Growing Real Estate Brokerage in the world.
