Position Details: Title: Regional Supervisor Location: Remote, home-based in New York City area Shift: Standard daytime Mon-Fri business hours; otherwise as needed by customers, clients, or your team. Compensation: $90K-$105K base salary + annual bonus + relocation. Travel: Travel covering mainly the metro and surrounding area accounts, clients, and team of specialists and service techs providing care and coverage across the major hospital systems. This is a hybrid role where you will work from home and be in the field, leading your team and managing clients and business, whether in the operating room, or surgical center with them and your specialists/service technicians. Position Description: As a Regional Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day performance of all Onsite Specialists within the region, including customer engagement and collaboration with Sales to further strengthen and build the business. You will lead a team of -20 direct report Specialist covering the major metro area healthcare systems. Key responsibilities include: --- Supervises (directly) the Onsite Specialists, including selection of new employees, performance evaluations, career development, timecard, assigns overtime, and corrective actions. --- Coaching, developing and leadership of all Specialists throughout assigned territory. --- Partner with Endoscopy Sales Reps to drive support for Specialists with strong customer engagement and growth of the business. --- Interact with customers (Administrators and Clinicians) regarding Specialist performance. --- Assist in the implementation of new accounts with a primary focus on Specialist performance. Responsible for interviewing and overall talent acquisition. --- Monthly reports to Regional Service Manager on region performance / activity / HC. Enforce on time completion of SLMS assignments for all Specialists. --- Work with Operation's Associate to ensure sick and vacation days are covered. --- Monitors the attendance of employees. --- Responsible for writing performance and merit reviews. --- Adheres to all policies and procedures put forth in the Sales code of conduct. Works with Regional Director to gain understanding of Regional P&L. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but more importantly significant leadership and execution experience is required. Typically, early-to-mid career military candidates who have aligned experience leading small-to-medium sized unit teams conducting operations perform exceptionally well in this role leveraging an OPS leadership focused background. Additionally, all selected candidates must be able to / possess: --- Communicate with large groups of people in person, over the phone, and otherwise. --- Generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines, and procedures. --- Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.). --- Excellent analytical skills. --- Excellent professional interpersonal skills. --- Demonstrated effective managerial skills with quick decision-making ability. --- Excellent organizational skills. --- Excellent problem-solving ability.
