Job Title Cardiac Wireless Monitoring Supervisor - Overnight Job Description Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor (Malvern, PA) The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor will oversee and support a team of 6-8 direct reports in a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions wireless product. Your role: Supervise Clinical Wireless Monitoring employees (scheduling/performance management), monitor daily floor performance, provide technician assistance to customers/employees, identify operation improvements, and assist with interviewing/onboarding/offboarding employees.Develop, mentor, and coach employees and support implementation and enforcement of policies, processes, and procedures.Work collaboratively to ensure team effectiveness.You will work within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring the staff is delivering a high level of quality in a team-oriented environment.You will work 9:00pm-7:30am ET (4-10-hour days) including a weekend and holiday rotation. You're the right fit if: You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and an active CRAT/CCT certification or obtain one within 180 days from the date of hire.You've acquired 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Sr. Wireless Monitoring Technician, 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Lead Technician or 4+ years of ECG rhythm interpretation experience; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, a strong technical aptitude and computer skills, and the ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously and have an ability to adapt to change.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
