The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role. Must be motivated, hardworking, high energy and a self-starter. Responsibilities Include: Build and maintain relationships with existing banking teams, as well as third party relationships with real estate attorneys, accountants and realtorsDevelop a wide network of banking relationships within the Truist umbrellaDrive sales, increase revenue, expand markets to accomplish financial objectivesTrack and report appointmentsCollaborate with management and internal teams on Business Development initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales; Understanding of real estate transactions/closing preferred, but not requiredExceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accountabilityStrong attention to detailCustomer service oriented and communicate proficiently.Creative problem-solving skillsTravel when necessaryHigh energy, a positive attitude a mustTeam Player and strong negotiation skillsLegal, accounting, or transactional real estate experience preferred.
