The type of work is highly varied so if you like working with different systems or problem solving a variety of electrical issues our customers have, this job would be a good fit for you. Most of our projects are smaller in scope. Our electrical side is the newest trade we have added to our overall services and this department is in a growth mode with lots of opportunity in the future. We do all commercial or industrial work (no residential) including both private and prevailing wage projects. As the company grows the scope of the work can be tailored to our employees future career interests.Scope of work includes: Install and repair electrical systems as it applies to HVAC and Plumbing (however very little thermostat wiring) Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including motors, VFD, starters, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels, etc. Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduits Receive and complete work orders for our Service customers Select material and hardware and make time and material estimates Position has a wide variety duties and challenges Required Skills: Washington Journeyman Electrical License Employment Benefits Offered: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (52 hours Your First Year) 3 Paid Holidays Paid Training Wellness program 401k Program Profit Sharing Supplemental plans (Ex.
