The candidate will handle all facets of such transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as financing and development. Will interact with internal and external senior management and real estate and governmental officials. A background drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documentation (for instance, contracts involving a variety of deal structures), and knowledge of financial transactions and risk management needed. Must have admission to the California Bar.
