You will take ownership for handling our fast-track claims to settlement while leaving the imprint of the Farm Bureau claim experience. Although, property and casualty insurance experience is not necessary, the key traits necessary for serving others and contributing to a team effort are essential. We are looking for motivated, coachable career builders who are eager to learn the business, drive our team's efforts to deliver a world-class claims service experience and demonstrate their potential to further their insurance careers. We are looking for contributors who understand the qualities of great service and can deliver it. You bring the talent, performance, and ambition, and we will teach you how to investigate, evaluate and settle auto and property claims while showcasing your potential!What It Takes to Join Our Team:· High school diploma plus three years of relevant experience OR a college degree.· Prior customer service experience is required.· Ability to spend most of your day on the telephone, handling both direct dialed extension calls and team distribution calls, while spending the majority of your time at a desk.· The ability to exercise independent judgment and arrive at liability decisions through sound, logical reason is imperative to success in this role.· You must show a commitment to continuing education by participating in required insurance coursework.· Knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate in and toggle between multiple systems and applications is required.· You must be able to learn and comply with all company and governmental rules and regulations.· Farm background and/or Bi-lingual Spanish are definite pluses! ***Once training is completed (8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday), you will be assigned to a schedule working either 9:30am - 6pm or 10:30am-7:00pm, Monday - Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational basis (Max of 8 weekends/year)***What We Offer You: When you're on our team, you get more than a great paycheck.
