Responsibilities and DutiesBeing able to work cohesively in a group setting is a key factor for our team.Being coachable, responds well to constructive criticism for self growth and team growth. Being able to work on your feet for hours at a time (6-8hrs avg.)Able to communicate clearly and effectively with the team and guests. Able to carry 20-30lbs+ for stocking purposes*. Being reliable and on time. Being able to work under harsh weather conditions (i.e. Heat, cold, rain, snow)Able to multitask and adapt to our change of pace work (Each day will be different.
