Nurse Practitioner physician job in Oklahoma : An established hospitalist group has an opening for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to work as a Hospitalist (Nocturnist) in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area. Join a team of highly trained, professional providers who work to make the lives of their patients better with each passing day. Compensation and Benefits: $140,000-$160,000 a year based on experience Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health savings account Life insurance Malpractice insurance Paid time off Job Details: Full-time position, 7 on/7 off schedule 12-hour shifts- 7 pm-7 am Provide nocturnist NP coverage during overnight hours, ensuring continuous, effective patient care Manage and coordinate admissions consultations as needed Manage all acute care Patients, overseeing their care and plans 28 Bed Med/Surg, 12 Bed ICU, 16 Bed Gero/Psych Hospital The provider will cover the ICU, but hospitalists and critical care providers are available as back-up Requirements: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient setting preferred but not required Community Details: Located in the heart of Oklahoma, just 15 miles North of Oklahoma City, this exciting community is an excellent place to live and work.
