Position Summary & Purpose of Role The Director for Global Procurement Digital Transformation will develop, lead and execute the overall Global Procurement Digital program in support of the overall Mc Cain goals and commitments. The role will work closely with the respective regional procurement leaders to ensure Mc Cain delivers on key commitments on the Mc Cain Procurement Digital Strategy. The role requires insight on Procurement & Industry best practices, processes and tools as well as analytics trends. In addition, the role will be responsible to further develop the Centre of Excellence to support the increased business requirements on sustainable procurement, third-party risk management, analytics and future needs. This role will also lead a global team of 8 people with two (2) direct reports and will be required to set clear objectives for the team, monitor performance and coach team members in order to sustain a high performance culture and support career development. Responsibilities And Accountabilities The Director will be responsible for the Procurement Digital Strategy, the Procurement Centre of Excellence development and senior leader stakeholder engagement. The person will be accountable to the VP, Global Indirect & Responsible Procurement. The Director will lead a team focused on execution of the strategies with key responsibility areas including: Source to Pay Program (S2P) deployment. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
