This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers in order to sell our product and/or services. Commissions are substantially higher than industry average with the ability and opportunity to earn raises every month to every three months depending on your level. For example: You have the Opportunity to give yourself a 5% - 15% raise in your first 30 - 90 days. What kind of income could you earn? Examples below are Averages. You can earn less or more depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to: Your skill, Your activity, Your coachability, Your dedication and commitment. Spare time - 5-10 hrs/week Average monthly income = $480 - $1,126Part time - 14-20 hrs/week Average monthly income = $1,571 - $3,846Full time - 30-35 hrs/week Average monthly income = $5,485 - $8,619Full time+ - 40-50 hrs/week Average monthly income = $10,821 - $15,216 *The number of hours you work is completely up to you and you can vary from week to week. Regardless of the number of hours you intend to work: The ideal candidate is coachable , results-driven, hungry for success and passionate about helping people. The ideal candidate will be happy to embrace the fact that they get paid to help people. The ideal candidate has the mentality of: "If they can do it, I can do it!" and works toward that goal daily. Responsibilities: Listen (Your personal Company Mentor has already had success) Work (You can't get paid for what you don't do) Learn and Do without the fear of failure. You can learn simply by doing but you can't do simply by learning Ask a lot of Questions (Become a student of your craft and seek constantly to become better) Stay in close contact with your Company Mentor (Only way to be successful) Call on clients who have expressed an interest in our services (training provided) Follow the Proven System and offer solutions to our clients Commit to Ongoing Personal Improvement and Professional Development Relentlessly Track your activity, progress and results using provided resources Requirements: Entry level Sales Position - no special skills needed. Proven training system is provided Must be eligible for and willing to acquire a State Life Insurance license Basic Computer/phone skills Ability to speak with a large range of individuals Must be Coachable Must have the desire to succeed This is a work from home or anywhere position. You must have a place from which to work, making calls and being on camera for Zoom meetings.
