Specialist Project Worker Granby Street, Ely GBP 12.90 30 hours per week We're looking for a Specialist Project Worker to join our team at Granby Street. You'll be working in partnership with the Local Service Manager to deliver excellent outcome: focused support. The role of Specialist Project Worker will include: : To work closely with the local authority and other partners to ensure the customers receive the appropriate support required: To ensure the smooth daily running of the service at all times and to promote the service effectively to others: Working closely with staff and clients to deliver a high quality, intensive housing management: Overseeing and monitoring the quality of risk tools, backssments, and referrals: Liaising with staff and customers with a focus on maintaining licences and move on objectives : Promoting safe working practices by undertaking risk backssments to support, reduce or eliminate risks : Completing and monitoring health and safety checks within the service: Recording information daily and inter: agency records: Local out of hours on call 1 week in 5 covering all services Skills and experiences: : Previous housing related support is essential: NVQ3 in Health and Social Care is desirable: Strong communication skills and experience of working with vulnerable people : Sound knowledge of housing management including rents, tenancies and health and safety: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Point): The ability to work on your own initiative: The ability.
