These services include Construction Management, Program Management, Owners Representation, Resident Engineering, Inspection, Preconstruction Consulting, Change Order Review, Value Engineering, Administration Assistance, Document Control and Staff Augmentation. Our clients include NYS Office of General Services, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, NYC Health + Hospitals, State University of New York, NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC Parks & Recreation, NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority, and NYS Parks, Recreations and Historic Preservation. SCOPE: Junior Engineer (Albion) shall have less than 2 years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 million, with basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation, and proficient in computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel/Project and scheduling applications. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. This is an entry level position; any previous construction experience would be a bonus. Prior Internship in the Construction Management field would be preferred. Must have a driver's license valid in New York State and reliable means of transportation. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills . Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate with all management levels. Must have exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. OSHA 30. PAY RATE: $20.00 -$28.00 /Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
