Description:

Sewer Foreman/Crew Leader will be directing and overseeing the installation of storm, sanitary and water main. Knowledge of safe work practices and equipment operation are a must. Primary responsibilities include: Directing a team of 2 to 10 skilled operators and laborers. Leading and scheduling crews, subcontractors and materials. Assist in determining labor, equipment and material needs. Interfacing with other foremen, superintendents, project managers, vendors, owners and inspectors. Maintaining records including time sheets, safety, production, attendance reports, etc. Promoting and enforcing the company safety policies. Qualifications required include: 5+ years of site work leadership. Experienced in heavy equipment operations. Strong leadership, communication and people skills. Must have a valid driver’s license.
