We are a Real Estate Investment Company that excels in mass marketing to homeowners delivering the freshest and hottest leads to our trained closers. We buy single-family homes and apartment buildings throughout the country but specifically focus on Orlando, FL, Tampa FL, Pensacola, FL, and Miami, FL. We are looking for a highly motivated and hungry closer, who knows how to read personality types and make a friend. Must have a great attitude, positive mentality, and love to meet and exceed our high standard for performance. Responsibilities:• Attend company-set appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties• Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed.• Make calls and develop new leads.• Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.• Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially.• Must use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed. Qualifications:• Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers• Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals• Reliable vehicle to drive to and from corporate office• Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends• Timeshare experience a plus Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission About Company: Countrywide Capital Group, LLC ("CCG") is an investment/private equity company that specializes in building affordable housing.
