In this position you will learn a variety of banking functions by conducting both Teller and Relationship Banker responsibilities while having exposure to all 24 ESL branches. As a Universal Banker at ESL you will: Create a positive face to face member experience Build long lasting relationships with members Work in either a Teller or Relationship Banker position depending on branch needs Travel to all 24 ESL branches in the Rochester region depending on staffing needs Assist members with processing financial transactions including payments, deposits and withdrawals in a timely mannerHelp members recognize and obtain the most appropriate solutions for their financial needsEducate and Refer a variety of products and services to membersAssist members with accounts, loans and maintenance Learn about the banking and finance industry Gain exposure to career opportunities at ESL ESL has 24 branch locations throughout the Rochester region. The candidate interested in this opportunity will work a 40-hour schedule as part of the Flex staff supporting all 24 branch locations. You will be eligible to receive a $100.00 car allowance at the conclusion of the month.
