Customer Service Representative II

Description:
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to perform tasks that will help us grow our business and maintain current customers. Compensation range $23-24/hr based upon experience.Following Duties Include: * Take care of customer's needs * Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch accordingly * Respond promptly to customer inquiries * Handle and resolve customer issues * Obtain relevant information to handle product and service inquires * Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling if needed * Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval in order to set up new customer accounts when Sales Team requests help * Manage customer's accounts * Accounts Receivable and collection (when needed) * Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when necessary * Tracking of data in Teams * Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process * Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatchPosition Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years CSR experience * Associates Degree a plus but not required * Ability to organize multiple projects * Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus but not required#GFLTalentWe thank you for your interest.
