We are seeking a dedicated PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees.Key Responsibilities: • Provide Expert Medical Oversight: Offer the highest standard of medical oversight for disability cases and facilitate smooth return-to-work protocols.• Personalized Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of our employees.• Care Coordination: Collaborate with local resources and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for our team members.• Results Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews for annual health assessments, providing valuable insights for employee well-being.• Collaboration with EHS Team: Work closely with our Environmental Health and Safety team to enhance employee health and safety measures.Qualifications:• Nurse Practitioner with a valid license in Colorado/USA. Can be remote as long as licensed in CO. • 5 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health• Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols• Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentWork Schedule:• PRN on call to provide advanced care if requested or there is an incident to consult on.
