We’re looking for a reliable maintenance professional who can keep our Properties operating efficiently. We are looking for someone with well rounded handyman skills that might include Cabinetry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC. You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs• Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed• Punch-list items at renovation sites• Making trips to hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowes, etc)• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman duties• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential structures and systems• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly• Install, repair, and maintain household fixtures, appliances, and equipment• Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service• Keep records of work performed and materials used for each job• Assist in the procurement of necessary materials and supplies for projects• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices while performing tasks• Perform preventive maintenance• Be on call to respond to emergency maintenance requests Qualifications: • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends• At least 2 years of maintenance experience• Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred• Our ideal candidate has several years of experience in property maintenance, along with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to respond to emergencies as they arise• Able to perform a variety of maintenance duties with skill• Adapt to handling preventive maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, and simple appliance installation• Proficiency in multiple areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently• Excellent customer service skills• Basic knowledge and ability to power tools and equipment used in maintenance and repairs• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively• Physical strength and stamina to handle demanding tasks• Certifications in relevant trades are a plus• Maintenance: at least 1 year of experience (Required)• Must live in Lee County (Required)• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required) Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly About Company: We are a small, but efficient real estate investment company.
