The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience representing technology companies through all stages of their life cycle. The role involves working on various technology and commercial transactions, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, development and professional services agreements, terms of use, and reseller and distribution agreements. The candidate should also have experience in data security and privacy matters, as well as IP due diligence work in MA and financing transactions. Job Details:Experience in handling a variety of technology and commercial transactions such as software licenses, SaaS agreements, development and professional services agreements, terms of use, reseller and distribution agreements.Knowledge and expertise in data security and privacy matters.Involvement in IP due diligence work in MA and financing transactions.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail and the ability to balance legal and business issues.Capacity to manage multiple assignments effectively. Requirements:Current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.3-6 years of relevant experience representing technology companies through all stages of their life cycle. Education:Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications:Must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing. Skills:Proficient in handling technology and commercial transactions.Strong understanding of software licenses, SaaS agreements, and related agreements.Knowledgeable in data security and privacy matters.Ability to conduct IP due diligence in MA and financing transactions.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to balance legal and business considerations.Effective multitasking and project management skills.
