Are you a highly skilled and dependable Residential HVAC Expert looking to join the Home Pride Construction family in Pacifica, CA? We are in need of someone who can handle installations, inspections, servicing, and problem-solving for heating and cooling systems. Your responsibility will also include providing continuous maintenance to ensure the safety of our customers. Responsibilities:• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems• Install new HVAC systems according to industry standards and codes• Monitor the operation of temperature control systems for accuracy and take corrective action when necessary• Follow safety regulations when working on HVAC systems and ensure compliance with all local codes and regulations Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC installation or maintenance• Certified HVAC technician• Knowledge of all aspects of HVAC systems, including repairs and troubleshooting• Proficient in reading and interpreting HVAC system plans, diagrams, and blueprints• US Work Authorization Compensation: $40 - $60 hourly About Company: Home Pride Construction is a residential construction firm that specializes in additions and remodels.
