REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER Fusco Personnel is currently searching for a Revenue Cycle Manager to work for a growing organization in the Albany, NY area. Our client offers a generous benefits package. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity. The successful candidate will spearhead the financial operations of the organizations' billing and revenue cycle to maximize cash flow. Responsibilities: Ensure efficient revenue generation, accurate billing, and timely collection by implementing revenue cycle management strategies to minimize losses. Develop, implement, and manage all procedures and functions related to the AR process from eligibility to collections and follow-up. Manage AR Associate. Oversee and manage the financial processes and operations related to the revenue cycle. Lead and monitor AR process. Evaluate the AR cycle process. Establish and monitor KPIs and financial metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 5+ years' experience in billing, accounting or administrative role. 3+ years supervisory experience. Experience in the healthcare industry a strong plus (NYS Medicaid, Insurance Plans, etc.) Salary Range $80k (+/- based on experience) Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
