Here's the role GMS is undergoing an exciting transformation that requires the support of a talented training expert who understand the learning needs of the organization to develop innovative learning solutions. As the Learning and Development Specialist you will design, develop, and implement instructional activities. This role will develop innovative learning solutions to ensure we have effective job training and digital learning resources in place. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement training resources and deliver formal training in at timely and effective manner. This role may also be responsible for supporting and developing training initiatives across the organization as required.
