You will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the EMS department at each of the Lutheran Hospitals. This includes the development and implementation of policies and procedures, budgeting and fiscal management, personnel management, quality assurance, and community relations.The following hospitals are within the scope of the EMS Director?s leadership: Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana Lutheran Downtown Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana Lutheran Stellhorn FSED, Fort Wayne, Indiana Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana Bluffton Regional Medical Center, Bluffton, Indiana Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru, Indiana Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, Warsaw, Indiana Our teams are led by our highly respected emergency medicine (EM) medical directors and national medical director who have created an outstanding relationship with hospital administration and the emergency department (ED) nursing teams, and will continue to create an environment which allows you to grow and develop as an EMS Director.
