FULL TIME LPN Positions Available – Bethlehem, PA Hourly Pay Range:$21.00 - $25.00 Open Positions: 2 Full Time LPNs Shifts: (1) 7:00am-3:00pm, (1) 3:00pm-11:00pm Facility Overview: We are a 208-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center, provides a full spectrum of services for older adults. We offer compassionate, high-quality care, promoting independence and wellness. Position Summary: LPNs at Holy Family Senior Living are integral to our team, providing essential nursing care and support to our residents. This role involves direct patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record patient health status and vital signs. Assist in patient's daily activities, including mobility and personal care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in continuous quality improvement activities. Qualifications: LPN Certificate or Degree. Minimum 1-year nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing. Current LPN license in Pennsylvania. BLS/ACLS certification.
