observes new construction to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and industry safety standards- Applies experience and knowledge of low- and medium-voltage motor control centers, switchboards, lighting panels, and other electrical components for troubleshooting / repair of performance and safety issues- Serves as SME for plant electrical systems, providing support to maintenance teams as needed to troubleshoot intermittent issues and recover from unplanned outages or service interruptionCAMPUS ELECTRICAL UTILITY [remove other section before posting]- Provides engineering support for the design, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of facility electrical systems from the utility meter to the building switchboard for multiple campus locations- Maintains campus electrical infrastructure design standards and one-line diagrams- Works day-to-day with consulting engineers as needed- Provides input to GC and design teams on regulatory / code compliance for electrical equipment as needed- Resolves outstanding electrical performance issues; recommends best solutions to fix or mitigate issues- Provides technical assistance to contractors- Keeps current on latest technical innovations in electrical engineering; maintains professional / technical knowledge; reviews professional publications, participates in professional societies; attends training / educational workshops- Provides electrical engineering expertise to maintenance teams- Provides technical guidance and training on electrical safe work practicesProject Management:- Makes project site visits;
