Role Summary The Proposal Administrator plays a crucial role in the development, coordination, and submission of proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and other bid opportunities. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of proposals. The Proposal Administrator serves as a central point of contact for all proposal-related activities, managing the end-to-end proposal process. Responsibilities Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to gather information and content for proposals. Coordinate and schedule meetings to discuss proposal requirements, deadlines, and key deliverables. Documentation Management: Create and maintain a centralized repository for proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other relevant materials. Ensure all proposal documents are properly.
