About the role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Operations Manager to spearhead the establishment and efficient operation of a state-of-the-art aircraft battery manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing operational strategies, overseeing day-to-day activities, and ensuring the seamless coordination of internal processes. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in operations management and a keen understanding of the aerospace manufacturing sector. Primary responsibilities Operations set-up: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy efficient workflows and procedures for the new manufacturing production line. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Operational Oversight & Team Leadership: Supervise daily manufacturing operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to manage raw materials and finished goods. Collaborate and coordinate with local and international teams to ensure a seamless supply chain for raw materials, internal logistics and customer delivery Contribute to production team recruiting, training,.
