About Us: Four Corners Building Supply is expanding with a new location in the Hardeeville/Bluffton area. We are looking for energetic salespeople who want to bring their passion and expertise to help our rapidly growing business. Job Summary: An outside sales representative who specializes in Windows sales for our newest location. We are seeking a person with a high degree of business maturity and drive who has 3-5 years’ experience with the sales process, has specialized knowledge of selling windows and like products, and is excited about the opportunity presented by driving sales in a growing market. Responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Serve as a first point of contact for vendors and customers Accurate reading of blueprints in order to produce accurate quotes Ability to meet deadlines Complete all necessary orders and reports in a timely and accurate fashion Maintain a presence at the new Hardeeville location Acting independently to manage customer relationships, identify needs, recommend products & services Follow up on all open bids Perform other duties as assigned. Your area of knowledge and expertise: Preferred qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years of window sales experience, or more Computer skills, including email, excel, word processing, etc. Use of systems to generate quotes (paradigm) Expertise in the areas of project management and construction processes Skills: Problem solving Strong verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent time management skills Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships Work independently, and as a member of a team Detail oriented Takes pride in completed works Physical Requirements: Frequent (Carrying/lifting requirement) - Must be able to lift 80+ pounds Frequently (Sitting/standing requirement) Work Environment: occasionally works in outside weather conditions Benefits and rewards that we offer: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Generous Paid Time Off policy Caregiver leave Paid Holidays 401(k) with a company match Job Type: Full time Location: On site and remote Shift/Schedule: Flexible, 7AM – 4PM, beyond as needed Work Address: 2531 John Smith RoadHardeeville, SC Pay Range: Commission based role.
