Position : RN Unit Supervisor Location : Bethlehem, PA Shift : Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week); Every other weekend; Holiday rotation Facility Spotlight :Holy Family Senior Living, a 208-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center, offers a diverse range of quality services for older adults. Job Summary :This position provides leadership and direction to our short-term rehabilitation unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and staff accountability. The role is akin to managing a Med/Surg unit, with patient stays up to 15 days. The RN Unit Supervisor is key to the day-to-day operations of the unit and must lead by example, upholding the values and mission of HFSL.
