LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse Per Diem | $24/hour At our 5-Star Senior Care Community located in Pittsford, NY - Glenmere provides the very best assistant for our residents' daily needs , while also appealing to their cultivated sides. Our residents are safe, secure, and truly enjoy each day to its fullest. Requirements for a Glenmere LPN: Graduation from a school of practical nursing. Current NYS LPN License Responsibilities for a Glenmere LPN: Performs nursing care for Members following established policies and procedures under the general supervision of the Charge Nurse. May administer medications after having been oriented to the medication procedure of the Friendly Home. Recognizes and reports signs and symptoms observed in Members assigned to daily care; may record observations in the medical record after orientation to this procedure. Maintains adequate fluid intake of Members who are unable to hydrate themselves.
