C.N.A. Training - FREE Tuition!! Garden Spot Village, part of Garden Spot Communities, is offering you an opportunity to participate in our Tuition-Free Certified Nursing Assistant Program! This is a PAID TRAINING class with guaranteed full time employment upon successful completion of the class. Our upcoming class will be kicking off May 17th and is a 19 day class! What will I do in this role with Garden Spot? As a CNA , supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse Responsible for the safety of residents Provide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residents Assists with transporting residents to activities, events and as needed Documentation in electronic medical record system. What do I need for this role with Garden Spot? Willingness to obtain CNA certification in PA. Organizational skills and do sequential events. An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents. How is Garden Spot unique?
