Security/Maintenance Worker Part Time | 4 pm - Midnight | Every other Weekend At our 5-Star Senior Care Community located in Pittsford, NY - Cloverwood's exceptional offerings promote a passion for life, as well as personal growth and wellbeing of the whole person - in mind, body, and spirit. The Maintenance Worker carries out grounds work, and maintenance duties (minor repairs, painting, heavy cleaning) as assigned. Requirements for a Cloverwood Maintenance Worker: High school diploma: experience in grounds and landscaping work preferred. Must be neat in appearance, dependable, pleasant personality. Must possess valid NYS driver's license. Good Health: Employment contingent upon approval by home physician. Responsibilities for a Cloverwood Maintenance Worker: Performs grounds up-keeping tasks in courtyard and immediate front of building and in other areas as assigned. Reports to fire zone when alarm sounds. Participates in in-service education and safety programs.
