The Moore Group is currently seeking a full-time Internal Communications Specialist to support our Fortune 100 client, Pfizer. The Internal Communication Specialist role is within our Digital Manufacturing Business Adoption Team (Training, Communications and Change Management) , supporting a Global Transformation Project. This position is fully remote. This position is involved in the planning, preparation, editing and execution of a diverse range of project related communications and change management initiatives . The ideal candidate has extensive project communications and with t he ability to collaborate and work well in a fast-paced organization . Requirements Seasoned communicator accustomed to working with people at all levels, including senior executives, and in a culturally diverse matrix structure Extensive experience in the design and delivery of engaging and impactful project communications in a global environment Experience working in an agile environment with an ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously Demonstrable understanding of project planning and PMO processes and standards Passion for delivering an excellent service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Clarity of thought Good listening skills Proficient in MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperlinks, Outlook, TEAMS, etc.), Internal Social Collaboration platforms (Yammer, etc.), & Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing experience preferred Change management experience desirable Because we are interacting with European operations a start time of 8am Est is required Responsibilities include: Assist with the development and execution of communication plans Collaborate with project team members to ensure a strategic and cohesive approach for communication/change management activities across all work streams Manage the development of all communication deliverables in multiple formats based on project needs (emails, posters, e-signs, infographics, videos, etc.) Ensure all messaging is in line with the overarching program theme and key messages spotlighting the key tangible benefits, "what's in it for me" and considering the needs and impact to the intended audience Cooperate with key stakeholders and project team members to develop communications, announcements, newsletters, etc. and efficiently manage the review process to meet deadlines Prepare and maintain distribution lists to ensure communication recipients are up-to-date and customized with the key stakeholders/intended audience Provide communication guidance to change networks Assist with development and distribution of surveys and the solicitation of feedback from employees Manage content and updates to an internal SharePoint Online site that provides access to information, supporting processes, and resources for all digital applications For more information go to - http://www.themooregroup.com
