COME JOIN OUR TEAM OF HEALTHCARE HEROES! The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement a care plan for rehabilitation. The PTA helps clients perform the exercises and mobility techniques as set forth in the care plan developed by the Physical Therapist. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 visits per week as well as the ability to take visits within less than 48 hours if needed (unless a prior availability is already set). Stable & Growing Company Weekly Pay Frequency If YOU have the following, CareAparent wants to hear from you: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Current and valid PTA license in Minnesota Medicare experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle Demonstrated ability to work autonomously All new hires must pass a background check prior to employment. As required by CMS, Medicare-certified Home Health Agencies require all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination is required upon acceptance of offer of employment.
