Basic Purpose and Scope: Purchase goods, materials, and services to ensure continuity in Litehouse supply chain Core Values Culture Service: Responsible for driving the Litehouse culture through company core values Accountable for outstanding Customer service to all internal and external Customers Develop and maintain effective relationships through collaboration and consistent timely communication Help uphold a "Team Member" environment supporting others with positive behavior Essential Functions and Responsibilities : Responsible for fulfilling facilities with quality materials, ingredients and services utilizing ERP and other analytical methods 50% Responsible for new item set up and management, maintenance of proper minimum/maximum inventory levels 20% Responsible for RFP-TCO of one raw material or packaging category as applicable 10% Responsible for following through on supplier quality holds 10% Responsible for expiry and excess inventory evaluation 10% Responsible for continuously improving procurement skills to prepare for succession opportunities Ongoing Responsible for adhering to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor-Ongoing Ability to meet attendance requirements-Ongoing Other activities and duties as assigned Ongoing Supervisory Responsibilities: None MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO PERFORM WORK: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted Certifications: NA Experience: Operations experience preferred.
